    Some oats about 30 g of almonds, apricots, sunflower seeds, dried raisins, and a sliced apple. Served with skimmed milk this list is not set in stone add or take away ingredients as necessary.

    Just recently I joined a blog review site and came a across a blogger, named Patrick who is trying to lose weight and is blogging his progress on his blog also he is looking for sponsorship in order to raise money as an incentive to lose the weight that he so needs to lose.

    This is the first time I’ve ever come across somebody being sponsored online to lose weight I must say it does seem a very good idea to me also from the money that he raises some of it will be donated to the American diabetes foundation, which seems to be a perfectly good cause to me.
